Anonymous asked: what eats glaucus antlanticus

I couldn’t find any specific predators for Glaucus antlanticus but it’s camouflage gives some clues. The G. antlanticus floats on the sea’s surface and has different coloured camouflage to prevent it from being noticed from both above and below the slug.
The bright blue colouring on it’s top side prevents the slug being seen from above (presumably by sea birds) while the underside is a duller greyish blue making it harder for fish to spot it from underneath.
